Q1: Why i can't connect the camera to the mobile app? A: 1. Make sure that your wifi frequency is 2.4G, not 5g. 2. Make sure that the camera close to the router and your mobile. 3. Press the "Mode" key for more than 5 seconds for reset, and connect again. 4. Make sure that you download the right APP, and the bluetooth is open.
Q2: How to see the record video. A: You can visit your mobile app, there have a record area, you can check it which the video in the sd card
If you want to download the video, you need to remove the SD card, insert the card reader into the USB port of the computer, and then export the video.
Q3: How long the battery can work? A: Generally it can work for about 30-50 minutes, it depends on the battery life. Better to connect it to the power bank, if you want to carry with you for use
